This Refunds and Cancellation Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for cancellations and refunds of airline tickets booked through Ultimate Solutions DBA ‘Travelosome,’ an online travel agency specializing in airline ticket arrangements within the United States and Canada. By using Travelosome’s services, you (the “Customer”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- Booking and Payment:
a. All airline ticket bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective airlines.
b. The Customer agrees to pay the full amount for the airline ticket at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified by Travelosome. - Cancellation by the Customer:
a. If the Customer decides to cancel their airline ticket booking, they must notify Travelosome in writing or through the cancellation process available on Travelosome’s platform.
b. Cancellation requests must be made within the specified time frame mentioned in the airline’s fare rules and restrictions, which may vary based on the type of ticket purchased. - Cancellation Fees:
a. Airline tickets are often non-refundable or may have strict cancellation policies set by the airlines. Travelosome will inform the Customer about the applicable cancellation fees before proceeding with the cancellation.
b. In addition to the airline’s cancellation fees, Travelosome may charge a separate service fee for processing cancellations. The service fee amount will be communicated to the Customer at the time of cancellation. - Refunds:
a. If the airline ticket is eligible for a refund according to the fare rules and restrictions, Travelosome will process the refund on behalf of the Customer, minus any applicable cancellation fees and service fees.
b. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment used during the booking process, and it may take several weeks for the refund to be reflected in the Customer’s account, depending on the policies of the payment provider and the airline. - Non-Refundable Tickets:
a. Some airline tickets may be non-refundable, which means no refund will be issued if the Customer cancels the booking.
b. In cases where a non-refundable ticket is canceled, the Customer may receive a credit or voucher from the airline, which can be used for future travel with the same airline. The terms and conditions of such credits or vouchers will be governed by the airline’s policies. - Changes to Flights:
a. If the Customer wishes to make changes to their flight itinerary, such as date changes or route changes, they must contact Travelosome as soon as possible.
b. Changes to flights are subject to the availability and fare rules of the airline. The Customer may be required to pay change fees and any fare difference between the original and new flights. - Flight Cancellations and Delays:
a. In the event of flight cancellations or delays caused by the airline, Travelosome will make reasonable efforts to assist the Customer in rebooking or obtaining refunds as per the airline’s policies.
b. Travelosome shall not be held liable for any losses or additional expenses incurred due to flight cancellations or delays beyond its control. - Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Refunds and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.
By using Travelosome’s services to book airline tickets, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refunds and Cancellation Policy. If the Customer does not agree with any part of this policy, they should refrain from using Travelosome’s services for airline ticket bookings.
