Terms and Conditions for Ultimate Solutions DBA ‘Travelosome’ – Online Travel Agency for Airline Tickets in the USA and Canada
These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the use of the services provided by Ultimate Solutions DBA ‘Travelosome,’ an online travel agency specializing in airline ticket arrangements within the United States and Canada. By using Travelosome’s services, you (the “Customer”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- Services Provided:
Travelosome acts as an intermediary between the Customer and various airlines to facilitate the booking of airline tickets and related services. The services include flight searches, flight bookings, and itinerary management. - Customer Eligibility:
The Customer must be at least 18 years old or of the legal age in their respective jurisdiction to use Travelosome’s services. By using our services, the Customer confirms that they have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and are responsible for all transactions conducted under their name. - Booking and Payments:
a. All airline ticket bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective airlines.
b. The Customer agrees to pay the full amount for the airline ticket at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified by Travelosome.
c. Payment methods accepted by Travelosome may include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other payment options, as stated on the platform. - Ticket Prices and Availability:
a. Prices displayed on Travelosome’s platform are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until payment is made and the booking is confirmed.
b. The availability of airline tickets is subject to the airlines’ inventory and fare rules. Travelosome does not guarantee the availability of specific tickets. - Ticket Modifications and Changes:
a. If the Customer wishes to modify their flight itinerary, such as date changes or route changes, they must contact Travelosome as soon as possible.
b. Changes to flights are subject to the availability and fare rules of the airline. The Customer may be required to pay change fees and any fare difference between the original and new flights. - Cancellations and Refunds:
a. If the Customer decides to cancel their airline ticket booking, they must notify Travelosome in writing or through the cancellation process available on Travelosome’s platform.
b. Cancellation policies vary by the airline and the type of ticket purchased. Travelosome will inform the Customer about the applicable cancellation fees and refund eligibility before proceeding with the cancellation.
c. In the event of flight cancellations or delays caused by the airline, Travelosome will make reasonable efforts to assist the Customer in rebooking or obtaining refunds as per the airline’s policies. - Travel Advisories and Restrictions:
The Customer is responsible for being aware of travel advisories, entry requirements, and any travel restrictions imposed by the destination countries and transit locations. Travelosome will not be held liable for any disruptions caused by these advisories or restrictions. - Limitation of Liability:
a. Travelosome acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of the airlines.
b. Travelosome shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss or inconvenience arising from the use of its services. - Intellectual Property:
The content on Travelosome’s website and platform, including logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property, is the property of Travelosome or its licensors and may not be used without written permission. - Amendments to Terms and Conditions:
Travelosome reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of Travelosome’s services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. - Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United States.
By using Travelosome’s services to book airline tickets, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If the Customer does not agree with any part of these terms, they should refrain from using Travelosome’s services for airline ticket bookings.
